Park Avenue Leasing For Life ! Rewards Program guidelines

General

  1. Park Avenue Leasing have the right to terminate the For Life! Rewards Program, hereinafter «Program», at any time.
  2. Park Avenue Leasing may change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Park Avenue Leasing may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits.
  3. Program points have no expiration date. However, if no points from any source are posted to a Program member's account for 18 consecutive months, other than bonus points offered for birthday, the account is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
  4. Park Avenue Leasing reserves the right to make Program and promotional offers available to members based on service activity, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
  5. All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the rules and guidelines in this Member's Guide.
  6. 1. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by Park Avenue Leasing in its' sole judgement, any untoward or harassing behaviour with reference to any Park Avenue Leasing employee or any refusal to honour Park Avenue Leasing employees' instructions, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued. Park Avenue Leasing reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, at its sole discretion, and to recover damages and taxable court costs.
  7. Park Avenue Leasing reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in this Member's Guide. All determinations by Park Avenue Leasing shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  8. Any fraudulent activity in connection with the Program will entitle Park Avenue Leasing, in its sole discretion, to terminate an individual membership and void all point credit.
  9. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for all points credited to your Program account.
  10. From time to time, the data you have provided to Park Avenue Leasing and program administrator, IQ 7/24 Inc., may be used to bring you relevant and valuable offers from Program partners. If you do not wish us to use it for this purpose, please contact the Program Client Service Centre.

    11. Program Enrolment

  11. The Program is open to any client of the Park Avenue Leasing with a driver license and a mailing address within Canada. All members must complete a Program enrolment form.
  12. Corporations, companies or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
  13. Only one person may be enrolled per Program account and must do so under his/her real (legal) name.
  14. Membership is non-transferable.
  15. Retroactive credit will not be given for services performed prior to enrolment.
  16. Park Avenue Leasing employees are not eligible to the Program.

    17. Earning Program Points

  17. When you refer a friend or a business contact and he/she becomes a Park Avenue Leasing client, you can receive 20,000 points for the 1st referral, 30,000 points for the 2nd referral and 40,000 points for the 3rd referral or for additional references. To obtain the bonus points, member must advise the sales department beforehand. Only one referral bonus per referral.
  18. Additional points may be rewarded from time to time during a promotional offer or special activities.
  19. While Park Avenue Leasing will make every attempt to provide accurate point credit, it is the member's responsibility to retain necessary documents to be provided for any unissued credits.

    20. Redeeming Program Points

  20. The points accumulated can be redeemed at any time with our Customer Service team at Park Avenue Leasing in order to obtain:
    • Hockey tickets
    • Golf games
    • Vouchers redeemable at any ski station from The Quebec Ski Areas Association
    • Vouchers redeemable at any hotel from The Hôtellerie Champêtre network
    • Vouchers redeemable at any Uniprix pharmacy
    • Vouchers redeemable at Bovet
    • Vouchers redeemable at VCS Consultant Group
    • Football tickets
    • Park Avenue vouchers redeemable at any Groupe Park Avenue dealerships
  21. The complete list of rewards and required points is available at Park Avenue Leasing and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Some rewards can be available in limited quantities.
  22. Point value may vary according to the Reward offered. As a general rule, each point has a value of $0.005. For example, 10,000 points are worth $50 at Park Avenue Leasing. Points have no cash value.
  23. Member is responsible for paying all applicable taxes for the received reward, if any.
