What does the program consist of?
Park Avenue Leasing offers you a Rewards loyalty program. When you become a member, you earn points for referrals or eligible purchases and redeem your points against rewards or purchase vouchers exchangeable at our retail partner locations or at Park Avenue dealerships. The program also provides you with a variety of other advantages and exclusive privileges.
How do I become a member?
Enrolling in our program and obtaining your card is simple! Just call our Park Avenue Leasing Customer Service Centre at 514-899-9000 or contact your account director. A representative will enter your personal information and provide you with a membership card bearing your unique membership number.
How do I earn points?
Park Avenue Leasing clients are our best ambassadors. If you refer a friend or a business contact and he/she decides to become a Park Avenue Leasing client, you will receive 20,000 points for the 1st referral , 30,000 points for the 2nd and 40,000 points for the 3rd or additional references.
All you need to do is communicate the potential client’s contact details to your Account Director.
You can also earn bonus points for certain specific offers.
What are the program's benefits and rewards?
Park Avenue Leasing program details are outlined in a brochure that you obtain from your Account Director. Furthermore, on a regular basis, certain special offers will be proposed to you and bonus points will be awarded.
How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points at any time with our Customer Service Centre at Park Avenue Leasing by calling 514-899-9000 in order to obtain:

- • Golf games
- • Vouchers redeemable at any ski station from the Quebec Ski Areas Association
- • Vouchers redeemable at any hotel from the Hôtellerie Champêtre network
- • Vouchers redeemable at any Uniprix pharmacy

- • Vouchers redeemable at VCS Consultant Group
- • Football tickets

Can I earn points at any dealership belonging to Groupe Park Avenue?
To earn points in a Groupe Park Avenue dealership, you must use a card issued by a Groupe Park Avenue dealership and follow the dealer’s program guidelines.
Can I redeem points directly at any Groupe Park Avenue dealership?
No. You must first contact our Customer Service Centre at Park Avenue Leasing which will debit your account and provide you with a voucher redeemable at any Groupe Park Avenue dealership.
What is the monetary value of each point?
Point value can vary depending on the reward offered. Each point has a retail value of $0.005. For example, 10,000 points is worth $50 within the context of Park Avenue Leasing's program.
How can I replace a lost or stolen card?
First, you should let us know as soon as possible if your card is lost or stolen. We will then cancel your old card, issue a new one and transfer your points to your new membership card.
How will I be kept informed of program privileges?
We will send you timely information about the program and special offers by email on a regular basis. However, should you not wish to receive email notices, simply let one of our representatives know that you wish to be taken off the contact list. You can consult your personal file online at any time at www.locationparkavenue.com.
How do I keep track of my points?
Our system automatically tracks and manages your points. Just log on at www.locationparkavenue.com. at any time to consult your point balance and browse the advantages and privileges that are yours as part of our Park Avenue Rewards Program. You will also receive a monthly email update listing the points accumulated to date, the benefits and rewards you are entitled to, as well as a number of exclusive offers.
